Python virtual environment working for pandas - Set up

Another problem occurs in forking the pandas repository. I create a fork of pandas repository in my GitHub and I want to start gitpod by first entering $ "python -m pytest pandas" to check whether my workspace is ready. However, an error reposts and my question is whether it is caused because I haven't successfully built my workplace or connected with pandas?
