Open participants window
Verify that the microphone icon displays audio energy when testing the microphone
Paste link into group chat
Wait until users join, handle any zoom-related issues
Click start captions, set language
Under captions menu, select "view full transcript"
Before ending the meeting, click "save transcript" in the transcription window
Save notes to clipboard (in case wiki goes down)
